To create the organization's
After outsourcing all of its design work for years, the organization decided to create
an internal design team to save money and be more efficient. I was the first internal graphic designer and worked with my Creative Services team to create processes, a
new look for larger pieces, like the annual report, and a self-service tool that allowed team members to create quick pieces (flyers, panel cards, etc.) so that our team could focus on larger campaign pieces.
