GWU Double Dawg Day
Update the branding for the school's annual fundraising day
The school's annual fundraising day already had an established brand. Once the decision was made to rebrand the athletic bulldog, the Double Dawg Day (DDD) branding, which featured the retired bulldog, needed a refresh.
The new athletic bulldog was not going to be ready in time for the promotion and launch of Double Daw Day, so I had to get creative. While the new logo is text-focused, I added paw prints to pay homage to the school's mascot. After promoting DDD through a save the date card postcard, social media graphics, signage, emails, and
the school's website, the school raised $766,131, doubling their efforts from 2021.
