word about their new donut delivery service.

At the start of the pandemic, the Charlotte and Atlanta Duck Donuts franchises added a delivery service to better serve the needs of their customers. Apartment complexes and hotels were targeted through email marketing, social media campaigns (that companies could customize with their own branding), and print collateral delivered via sales presentations.
